Personal Review

"The Cambridge Audio SX-50 Bookshelf Speakers are well-produced for their class as per my experience. They have a pleasing aesthetics, solid construction, and an overall natural and balanced sound output. The bass may be a tad light, but this can be offset with a subwoofer. For a small magnificent speaker that fits near-field setups and most suited for confined spaces, the SX-50s are an excellent value-for-money purchase. Their minor flaws are easily overshadowed by the overall quality they deliver."

Bass Response
7.2
The bass response of the SX-50 is decent but not overwhelming. It rolls-off after 50Hz, which might be a slight downside. But overall, it creates a balanced and enjoyable listening experience.
Treble Detail
8.1
The treble in these speakers is phenomenal- smooth, inoffensive and slightly on the dark side. It can be described as unsharp, yet detailed enough to create a pleasing sound signature.
Midrange Clarity
8.7
Midrange is where the speaker truly shines. It presents a clear and organic tone without any artificial nuances. Vocals and instruments sound both vibrant and natural.
